Beans was a furry, fearless explorer. She climbed up the yellow flower perch through the sturdy sisal post, and her claws made a scritch-scratch post sound. While at the top, she surveyed her entire territory. Below, sunlight passed through the window, casting a silhouette through the floor. A tall, cozy cubby hole was lying on the lowest platform, where she plotted her ambushes and domination. And with a triumphant meow, she’d sprawl out on the soft cushion like a real (purring) queen.

Stepped Platform – The jumping platform is composed of sisal rope posts and leaves, and it rises in steps, which is convenient for cats to climb

Tips

Keep the forest cat tree dry and do not place it in a humid environment.
The cashmere-like carpet is made of insect-proof and anti-bacterial fiber material. Vacuum clean the forest cat tower surface hairs, or wipe gently with a damp towel.
Wooden boards will have a slight smell, non-formaldehyde, and will not affect health. The smell will slowly disappear after 3-5 days of ventilation.

Easy to assemble

Very easy to assemble by just following the very easy to read instructions. My cat loves to stay on the top floor.

My cats LOVE this and use it daily--almost constantly! It's sturdy. They perch and watch out window or they lounge and sleep soundly on it. Sometimes they're each on a platform level and play with each other using paws, heads, or tails.

Cancellation

Order can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note that we are not able to cancel shipped-out items as they have already been picked up by our courier partners and cannot be intercepted anymore.

We offer 30-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 7/24 online customer service or email to [email protected].

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging. For non-defective items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.

I ordered several cat toys about two weeks before Christmas, two of which were a pair of the orange silvervine cat toys. When my package arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the toy (as was my cat)! However, only one had been shipped. My kitten LOVES this cat tree and actually uses it frequently. This might sound like a "duh" comment but I've never had a cat actually use a cat tree. I've spent a LOT of money on cat trees for the many cats I've had but this is the only one that gets regular use. It looks fantastic in my main living area and we have received many compliments on it. The kitten is now 5 months old and loves it as much as the day we brought it home. My cat cannot see well up close. It is hard for him to see the water in a bowl. But this fountain bubbles and he turns his head and drinks the water that is flowing out of the top of the fountain. I am so happy he can drink on his own finally. I highly recommend this fountain. The bonus is it is very pretty as well :)

I got this scratcher because it went with the flower decor of my bedroom. Originally, I thought it was too small for my cats, but they’ve proven me wrong. They have several other scratchers, but it seems like I always see them scratching their flowers. I’m so glad I bought this!
