At present, we have been able to ship to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and some other countries. Free shipping on US orders over $59, on EU/UK orders over $129, on AU/CA orders over $199. For other countries, we also try our best to provide cost-effective ways for you to choose. Below are the shipping policy details for each country.

US SHIPPING - Free Shipping on Order $59+

According to the location where the item is stored, we provide 2 shipping methods to US customers:

3-5 business day Domestic Standard Shipping from our Los Angeles warehouse.
1-6 weeks International Shipping from overseas, the exact time is based on the size/weight of the package.
1-3 weeks Air Shipping for small packages.
4-6 weeks Economy Shipping for oversized items.

If your purchase is in stock in Los Angeles, you can receive it within a week. However, if the US warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped overseas with a delivery time of 1-6 weeks.

Great news! We have established a local warehouse in Germany, which means we now offer two shipping options for customers in the EU and the UK:

3-5 business day Domestic Standard Shipping from our Germany warehouse.
1-6 weeks International Shipping from overseas, the exact time is based on the size/weight of the package.
1-3 weeks Air Shipping for small packages.
4-6 weeks Economy Shipping for oversized items.

AU/CA SHIPPING - Free Economy Shipping on Order $199+

For customers in AU & CA, right now, you can also choose international shipping. We have not yet set up local warehouses yet, the good news is that we are talking with some local warehoses, and it is expected to set up local overseas warehouses in AU/CA around the end of Sep 2024.

For customers in the AU & CA, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery option for light and small items, and for large or heavy products, we offer economy shipping 4-6 week delivery option. All free import duty and VAT because we will prepay for it.
For customers in Australia and Canada, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery only. Customer might need to pay for importy duty and GST.

Cancellation

Order can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note that we are not able to cancel shipped-out items as they have already been picked up by our courier partners and cannot be intercepted anymore.

30-Day Easy Return

We offer 30-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 7/24 online customer service or email to [email protected].

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging. For non-defective items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.

I ordered several cat toys about two weeks before Christmas, two of which were a pair of the orange silvervine cat toys. When my package arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the toy (as was my cat)! However, only one had been shipped. Customer service responded very promptly and shipped the second the same day that the first arrived, and I received it within the week. ZezeLIFE has a strong staffing and good quality toys, and I would happily order from them again. : )

My kitten LOVES this cat tree and actually uses it frequently. This might sound like a "duh" comment but I've never had a cat actually use a cat tree. I've spent a LOT of money on cat trees for the many cats I've had but this is the only one that gets regular use. It looks fantastic in my main living area and we have received many compliments on it. The kitten is now 5 months old and loves it as much as the day we brought it home. I love that it is in natural tones and has a fun design that really fits into our decor.

This cat tree is gorgeous! The seller shipped it out quickly, and I received it on time. As a girl, I had no trouble assembling it myself. I was a bit worried at first that my cat wouldn't take a liking to it, but to my surprise, even before I finished assembling it, my little fur baby couldn't wait to jump on and start playing. This was a satisfying shopping experience, and I'm definitely to come back here for my future purchases.

Received our cat tree in good time to replace the current one our cat had outgrown. Gosh what a difference. The new one is solid and so well made and was easy to put together. It’s super quality and our cat has hardly moved off the top of the tree since we set it up. He clearly loves it.

This cat tree is the cutest thing ever! I love that the ckick shape and isn't just a plain color. It was so easy to build by myself and it's very good quality for the price. I have large cats and this tree fits them perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Nice, easy to use website and the delivery was a lot faster than expected which was brill. Our new cat tree is a lot more sturdy than the cheap muck you get from Amazon. The size is great for my 3 cats. The one we bought was ＄180 which definitely isn’t the most expensive on the website but still has great quality. Would definitely recommend and buy from again

Um, just how cute is my new cat bowl for my precious Eartha?Very!!The order arrived early which I was psyched about, it is heavy in weight which I absolutely love nice and stable for my little baby girl.The design of the shape is just perfect. No I don't usually write reviews like this but I love it.

My cat cannot see well up close. It is hard for him to see the water in a bowl. But this fountain bubbles and he turns his head and drinks the water that is flowing out of the top of the fountain. I am so happy he can drink on his own finally. I highly recommend this fountain. The bonus is it is very pretty as well :)

I got this scratcher because it went with the flower decor of my bedroom. Originally, I thought it was too small for my cats, but they’ve proven me wrong. They have several other scratchers, but it seems like I always see them scratching their flowers. I’m so glad I bought this!

It took a day of sniffing at it, but my two cats finally tried settling down in this cuddle bed and liked it instantly, coming back for more naps every day. I love the color and it's super-soft, soft enough.

Both cats love this thing! Cats are super picky and normally would rather sit in an empty amazon box, but they seem to love this little couch. Looks like real furniture, not pet furniture so fits in great with the look of the room.
