Mallows liked his giraffe cat tree. It was the tallest thing in the house except for bookshelves. From the back of the giraffe, he could see his entire kingdom. He could watch the dust bunnies tumbling across the floor. He could even see the goldfish in the bowl, wondering how he would catch it. Most importantly, Mallows loved peeking through the giraffe’s body, feeling like the king of the jungle or more like the king of the living room.

Features

Soft Crystal Velvet – High-quality plush is used as the main material to wrap the whole body of the giraffe, which is comfortable and soft. The texture of the giraffe is digitally printed and will not fade.
Smooth Arc Channel – The inside of the channel and the opening are covered with plush to ensure that the cat will not get scratched while play.
High Quality Sisal Rope – The thickened two-color sisal rope is scratch-resistant and will not hurt the cat’s claws, allowing the cat to fully release its nature.
Funny Cat Ball – The giraffe’s tail is designed as a cat ball, which increases the fun of cats play.
High Density Base Plate – Choose a thickened bottom plate to ensure that the giraffe cat tree with tunnel will not shake or collapse when the cat is play. At the same time, the four corners of the bottom plate are also designed with curved wrapping, making it safer for cats to play.

Tips

Keep the giraffe cat tree dry and do not place it in a humid environment.
Regularly clean the inner pad to reduce the growth of bacteria.

Cancellation

Order can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note that we are not able to cancel shipped-out items as they have already been picked up by our courier partners and cannot be intercepted anymore.

30-Day Easy Return

We offer 30-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 7/24 online customer service or email to [email protected].

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging. For non-defective items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.

I ordered several cat toys about two weeks before Christmas, two of which were a pair of the orange silvervine cat toys. When my package arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the toy (as was my cat)! However, only one had been shipped. My kitten LOVES this cat tree and actually uses it frequently. This might sound like a "duh" comment but I've never had a cat actually use a cat tree. I've spent a LOT of money on cat trees for the many cats I've had but this is the only one that gets regular use. This cat tree is gorgeous! The seller shipped it out quickly, and I received it on time. As a girl, I had no trouble assembling it myself. Um, just how cute is my new cat bowl for my precious Eartha?Very!!The order arrived early which I was psyched about, it is heavy in weight which I absolutely love nice and stable for my little baby girl.The design of the shape is just perfect. No I don't usually write reviews like this but I love it.

My cat cannot see well up close. It is hard for him to see the water in a bowl. But this fountain bubbles and he turns his head and drinks the water that is flowing out of the top of the fountain. I am so happy he can drink on his own finally. I highly recommend this fountain. The bonus is it is very pretty as well :)

I got this scratcher because it went with the flower decor of my bedroom. Originally, I thought it was too small for my cats, but they’ve proven me wrong. They have several other scratchers, but it seems like I always see them scratching their flowers. I’m so glad I bought this!

It took a day of sniffing at it, but my two cats finally tried settling down in this cuddle bed and liked it instantly, coming back for more naps every day. I love the color and it's super-soft, soft enough.
